Scope of Work and Insurance Negotiations
We use the information obtained from the initial inspection to form a detailed Scope of Work. This itemized SOW is then sent to your insurance carrier to make sure they have a clear understanding of the repair work that required. We come from the remodeling industry and have a strong understanding of code requirements, repair costs, timeline for repairs and are proficient at negotiating with insurance.

Perform Reconstruction Services
Once we agree on a final scope and cost for reconstruction services, we get to work right away to get your home in order ASAP. Our trained reconstruction team always starts by masking off floors and creating a containment zone to prevent the spread of dust during the repairs. Our in-house team works quickly, efficiently, and provides the highest level of craftsmanship. We make it a habit of updating you at the end of each day to let you know how the process is going and provide an update of what was done throughout the workday.

Final Walkthrough, Final Documentation, Workmanship Warranty
Once finished, we’ll do a walkthrough with the homeowner to make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction. Once completed, we’ll document all of the work that was completed and provide a report and workmanship warranty for the homeowner. This workmanship warranty guarantees that all of the repairs were completed to the highest standard.
